HawkHost老鹰主机官方退款政策以及退款流程说明

如今我们站长们选择虚拟主机比较集中在新入门建站用户或者外贸用户，大部分的用户还是比较顺应潮流的选择云服务器或者独立服务器。在黑色星期五的时候，我们有看到传统的老牌虚拟主机商HawkHost老鹰主机有推出一年一度的活动，有一个新用户购买之后感觉不好用，申请退款的。这里有问到我的退款方式，这里文档有记录到还没有写出来，这里补充一下关于老鹰主机商的退款政策以及流程。
根据HawkHost老鹰主机官方的政策，如果我们购买的虚拟主机在三十天内是可以申请全额退款的，但是前提是需要满足TOS的规定，如果你恶意使用可能会导致不允许退款，他们在申请退款的时候会检查，比如是不是用来SPAM邮件群发或者是恶意攻击等用途。
Login to your client area ( https://my.hawkhost.com/clientarea.php )
Click 'Services' from the menu navigation, and from the dropdown select 'My Services'
Locate the service(s) you wish to cancel
Select the dropdown arrow to the right of 'View Details'
From the dropdown, select 'Request Cancellation'
In the text box, write that you would like to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee. Please also explain why you're cancelling, this information helps us in the future
The selected service will be canceled within 24-48 hours. You will not be charged if your invoice due date lands within that time
上面的是老鹰主机官方的关于退款的政策和流程。我们需要在购买之后三十天内，你可以申请退款。到我们当前的主机申请注销，然后取消的时候告诉你的申请理由，他们会在两天之内给你答复给予你退款到原付款渠道。对于理由我们要稍微规范一些，比如你觉得自己不想用，速度不好等。
当然，我们实际上我们购买之前应该是知道老鹰主机速度肯定没有国内速度快的，即便是有新加坡和香港机房，但是并非直连。
